With us you can have whole days working on models and calculations, and other days you\u2019re out at client facilities. An engineer at ASTIS<\/strong> also works on the practical, and is on-site during production to control, adapting solutions from drawing to reality, and also helping with the assembly of the machines and equipment you have designed.<\/p>\n We also have our own people who work with procurement, logistics and finance, who work closely with the engineering team to ensure that our projects are delivered as agreed. We have short turnarounds and quick decisions, and greatly appreciate that all employees show initiative and take responsibility for both projects and internal tasks.<\/p>\n We have an above average interest in machinery and structures. It\u2019s in the backbone of the company that we work with the theoretical and the practical, and we are therefore committed to ensuring that all employees learn and develop in order to be able to solve any mechanical challenge we come across.<\/p>\n We do this by having specific development goals and plans for all employees, with coursework, certifications and mentors following up.
